Entertaining Weatherman

My surf-loving husband is always tuned into the upcoming weather forecast to make sure he knows when to catch the best waves! It's an on-going thing in our home that when the weatherman starts talking everyone else stops talking so my husband can hear the forecast. I think our local weatherman needs to learn a few tips from this guy... it would make for a much more entertaining forecast!! :)
